ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The general terms and conditions which are mentioned, apply to all services that are being displayed and offered from INVENTICS A.E to users via the web page https://www.vasilikihouses.com/ . Making a booking or using any service offered via https://www.vasilikihouses.com/ , the user acknowledges and accepts these general terms and conditions.
RESERVATION/CONFIRMATION
Every successful booking process is followed by a confirmation email.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
The reservation is non-refundable.
If the guest for any reason do not show up, if the guest finds the house is not in his liking, no refund will be issued.
PRICES
All prices shown on https://www.vasilikihouses.com/ are final and are valid at the moment which availability has been requested.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In cases which INVENTICS A.E – https://www.vasilikihouses.com/ has the liability for a problem occurred in a reservation, compensation from INVENTICS A.E will be equal to the original amount of the reservation.
REJECTION OF RESERVATION
INVENTICS A.E. – https://www.vasilikihouses.com/ has the right to reject any reservation order entered by the user after violation of the general terms of use of this website.
INSURANCE
The residence is insured, the guests are advised to carry their own insurance.
The owner and employees are not responsible to the guests for any accident or any loss or damage of their personal belongings or valuables.
USE OF THE HOUSES
The guests shall make good and careful use of the houses and maintain them in good condition and shall be held accountable for any wear, fault or damage on walls, windows, flooring, electrical or plumbing, furniture, appliance etc. done by them or by their guests beyond normal use. The Guests are obliged to use the houses and the jointly-owned and public areas of the complex in a way that does not undermine the peace, health, work, security and morality of the other residents of the complex or other neighbours. The guests are responsible for any damage that shall happen to the residence by serious misuse.
Pets are not allowed.
Tap water is not drinkable
The guests can not partially or wholly - with or without a fee - accommodate other guests or change the use of the houses
APPLICABLE LAW
The lease agreement is subject to Greek Law and any possible dispute arising from this contract shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
The law applied to relations between users of the web site and INVENTICS A.E is exclusively the Greek Law. Thessaloniki’s Court have the responsibility to resolve disputes which might will arise between the parties.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data voluntarily submitted by the users to INVENTICS Α.Ε –https://www.vasilikihouses.com/ , are collected, stored, processed and used exclusively for the services agreed, within the framework of the legal regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).
